Order Policy
We will do our best to fulfill your order with the requested specified weight, but we cannot exactly predict the number of cuts we will have within the specified weight range. Orders will be fulfilled based on a first come, first served basis. If we are unable to meet your exact specifications, we will follow up with you and let you know what options we have and work with you to make sure your buying experience with Good Nature Eco Farm is a good one.
Deposits are calculated based off of a 50% value of the requested food product. Once we know the exact weight of your purchase, we will send you an invoice for the balance owing. The invoice can be paid in advance by Interac e-Transfer (preferred) or with exact cash at time of pickup. Credit cards can only be used for the initial deposit. At this time, we cannot use credit cards for the payment of the remaining balance.
Due to the need for refrigeration, Good Nature Eco Farm will not ship food products. Delivery to the surrounding area can be arranged for a small fee.
