Stocker steers are raised on organic pastures until 18-24 months. They typically dress out at around 600lbs.
We offer the following options:
- 1/4 Cow (approximately 125-150lbs, or approximately $1200)
- 1/2 Cow (approximately 250-300lbs, or approximately $2400)
- Whole Cow (approximately 600 – 650lbs, or approximately $5400)
We are currently taking orders for November 2024. Please contact us if you are interested. We require a $300 deposit per quarter.
