Aluminum Roll-Out Nest 48″ Double Deck

Made from lightweight aluminum construction these nests can be mounted on the side wall of any Cackellac 1312 and 812 shelters or be used in a barn setting.

The nest is a community style, meaning no partitions, which prevents hens from favouring certain nest boxes. The roll-out feature keeps eggs clean and protects eggs from being accidentally broken or eaten by the hens. The removable nest pad is easy to clean. The pivoting perch bar can be placed in the upright position and locked to prevent hens from nesting in the box at night.

The standard model (171) will serve up to 50 hens and the double deck model (671) up to 100.
